Once we receive your order we will process it as soon as possible and we won't be able to make any changes after you receive the confirmation email.

After receiving the payment, we usually prepare the orders within 1-4 working days and then hand them over to your chosen shipping method.

You can return disliked goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchase. The money will be refunded within 10 days after we receive your shipment, to the bank account or debit card from which the payment was made. Depending on your payment method, refunded money will issued back to your account 1-2 working days if you paid as bank transfer and 3-4 working days if you paid by card.

Requirements for the returned item:

• The item cannot be damaged;
• The appearance of the product has not changed substantially;
• The product is packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
• When returning an item, it is necessary to provide its procurement document or a list of items received with the shipment. 
• The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by customers.

• Via Omniva postage devices using the Flipo.lt system in Lithuania and Flipo.lv Latvia.
• Through your chosen courier or local postal registered parcel at Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius, LT-02300 , Lithuania. The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by the customer. The money will be returned to your bank account within 10 business days.
• In order to return the goods without using the Flipo system and independently arranging the return of the item, it is necessary to provide its procurement document or a list of items received with the shipment.
