What is considered to be EXCLUSIVE?

Exclusive category is our selection of sorted, well-known brands and super brands. We are a secondhand store, so all the items we offer are used and worn, the goods sold on the website do not have original packaging, labels or certificates confirming the quality and originality of the product. We aim to de-risk the process of buying secondhand luxury online so we use extensive personal and professional experience to evaluate all items carefully and do not sell replicas. However, we offer 14 day refund that customer would make a final decision himself.

How can I make a purchase?

1. Choose the item you like from product card and add it to cart or choose a quicker option “add to cart” button straight from product catalog page.

2. If you have selected all items you wish to purchase – press “proceed to check out” button.

3. Please log in to our website, register if you are a new customer or simply checkout as a guest. If you would like to purchase as a business account – tick this option “yes”, otherwise select option “no”.

4. Please tick an agreement button: “I agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy” and press “continue” button to get to fill your address.

5. Please fill your name, last name, address, postal code, city, country and phone number. If you wish to get your invoice at the same address – please tick the box bellow and press “continue” button.

6. Please choose most suitable delivery method. Lithuanian customers can choose LP EXPRESS delivery or parcel terminal, OMNIVA parcel terminal or self-pick up option. Customers from other countries can choose OMNIVA parcel terminal, DHL express economy or DEUTSCHE POST International delivery option. You can add comment for us bellow if needed.  Press “continue” button to get to payment section.

*if your items are considered as oversized parcel – you will receive an email with individual delivery option and price offer.

7. Once you have reached payment section, you will need to agree with our terms of service by ticking “  ” box. Also tick “Pay by Makecommerce” box to get to choose your bank link at the next step.

8. At this step you can choose provided countries bank links, Visa or Mastercard to close the payment and press “place order”.

9. At this step please select “confirm” button and finish transaction or press “back” if you would need to make some changes.

What are payment methods I can use to pay for my items?

You can pay for your purchase only paying at Think2 online store with Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, Siauliu bank banklinks or Visa / Matercard card payments.

We do not except direct money transfers.

How can I pay using my bank card?

You can pay for your purchase with Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, Siauliu bank banklinks or Visa / Matercard card payments.

If you choose to pay with your bank card please follow these steps:

1.Once you are ready and have all your items at the cart please fill your address, choose shipping method and go to check out.

You will get to choose with which banklink or card option you would like to continue.

Is there a reservation time while I am shopping?

Yes, there is. Once you put your first item to the cart this item will be reserved for you for 30 min.

After the time get's closer to expiration - you will get a notification table asking if you wish to extend your cart for longer.

If you extend your cart second time this will give you another 20 min, third time would extend another 20min. Otherwise if you woulnd't press extend button or time would run out - your item will jump out from your cart and will come back to products catalogue.

Other thing before purchasing your items, make sure you have enough time to accomplish the purchase. If reservation time would run out - you will be taken to homepage and your selected items will get back to products catalogue.

How would I know the status of my purchase?

You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase was successful. Once your item is packed and shipped you will receive another email with all details. If you would create an account at our e-shop you will be able to find all the information at your account “order history and details” section.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, it is possible to check out as a guest. However, if you do decide to create an account, you get the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses in the address book, you will be able to view your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders. 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order once it is confirmed. 

How long it takes to get my item?

Lithuania:

Self-pickup at Think2 warehouse Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius: 1-3 working days
Omniva: 1-3 working days
LP express courier and parcel terminals: 1-3 working days. 

Latvia:

Omniva: 2-4 working days

Estonia:

Omniva: 2-4 working days

Other EU countries:

DHL express economy: 4 days
Deutsche Post International: 7-14 days

How can I return unwanted goods?

All returns has to be made within 14 days of the order delivery date. Your money for the unwanted goods as well as purchased delivery cost (the least expensive of one we are suggesting) will be issued as full refund to the original form of payment once we will receive the item and process it.

The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by customers.

If you wish to return unwanted goods please make sure that:

  • The item must have a label.
  • The item cannot be damaged.
  • The appearance of the product has not changed substantially.
  • The product should be packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
  • If good is sold as a set or suit - customer has to return both pieces as it was purchased (individual pieces won't be accepted).
  • If good comes with any additional accessories (like belts or so), it has to be retuned together with a good (otherwise good won't be accepted).

- Via Omniva postage devices using the Flipo.lt system. Fill out the return form - www.flipo.lt/parduotuves/e-vintage-humana-lt. Return price - 2,15 Eur. This amount will be deducted from the item refund amount.

The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by the customer.

To return the goods without using the Flipo system and independently organizing the return of the item, please also send us procurement document or a list of items received with the shipment. 

Customers from Latvia can return items:

-Via Omniva postage devices using the Flipo.lt system. Fill out the return form - https://www.flipo.lv/lv/veikali/e-vintage-humana. Return price - 4,60 Eur. This amount will be deducted from the item refund amount.

-through chosen courier or local postal registered parcel at Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius, LT-02300 , Lithuania.

The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by the customer.

To return the goods without using the Flipo system and independently organizing the return of the item, please also send us procurement document or a list of items received with the shipment. 

All other countries can return items through your chosen courier or local postal registered parcel at Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius, LT-02300 , Lithuania. How long it takes to receive money back after I return the item?

 The money will be refunded to you within 10 working days as soon as we receive the goods. Money will be refunded to the bank account or debit card from which the payment was made.

Can I return part of a set or suit I purchased at your store?

No, unfortunatelly you can only return the full set or suits as you bought it. 

Does Think2 pay for the shipping of the return order?

No, the customer has to pay for the shipping of the return item. 

How can I place an order if I'm buying as a company?

If you want to place an order as a company, all you need to do is to register as B2B customer. Fill out your company name, code and vat code. Then we will be able to send you an invoice.
