Help us all to be more sustainable by reducing the return of goods. Please be so kind to read the whole description about the item, use our size guides to make sure you choose the right size for you. If the item that arrives is completely ill fitting, maybe it is worth to consider to gift it to your friend, mother, sister, coworker? Otherwise send us the item back and we will issue a refund. 

All returns has to be made within 14 days of the order delivery date. Your money for the unwanted goods as well as purchased delivery cost (the least expensive of one we are suggesting) will be issued as full refund to the original form of payment once we will receive the item and process it within 10 days.

Depending on your payment method, refunded money will issued back to your account 1-2 working days if you paid as bank transfer and 3-4 working days if you paid by card.

What are the return conditions?
  • The item must have a label.
  • The item cannot be damaged.
  • The appearance of the product has not changed substantially.
  • The product should be packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
  • If good is sold as a set or suit - customer has to return both pieces as it was purchased (individual pieces won't be accepted).
  • If good comes with any additional accessories (like belts or so), it has to be returned together with a good (otherwise good won't be accepted).

When returning an item, it is necessary to provide its procurement document or a list of items received with the shipment. 

The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by customers.

Please check the box "Print Omniva return label" before clicking "Request a return" and Omniva return label will be generated automatically. You will be informed about the shipment information via SMS. This service costs 2,15 EUR and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Via collection point located at Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius. You can deliver your returned goods directly to our warehouse at the address Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius.

What are the return options in Latvia?
  • Via Omniva postage devices using Omniva Return system. Please check the box "Print Omniva return label" before clicking "Request a return" and Omniva return label will be generated automatically. You will be informed about the shipment information via SMS. This service costs 4,60 EUR and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Through your chosen courier or local postal registered parcel at Savanorių pr. 191B, Vilnius, LT-02300 , Lithuania. The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by the customer.
  • To return the goods without using Omniva Return system and independently organizing the return, please also send us an invoice received with the shipment.

How does the return through the Omniva system work?

If you selected the "Print Omniva label" button during return registration, you will automatically receive an SMS message with the Omniva shipment number within a few minutes. All you have to do is pack the shipment and take it to the nearest Omniva parcel locker, enter the received shipment number, select the appropriate shipment size on the screen, and that's it - your return is already on its way to us.

Packaging requirements: minimum 2 x 9 x 14 cm and not more than 38 x 64 x 39 cm. Maximum return weight: 30 kg.
