1. KEY DEFINITIONS

1.2. Customer or Data Subject - a natural person - a customer of the Company (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.

1.4. Services - all services provided by the Company.

1.5. Personal - any information relating to a natural person - A data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly identified by means such as a personal identification number, one or more personal data of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social nature. .

1.6. Processing of personal data means any operation on personal data: collection, recording, storage, storage, classification, grouping, aggregation, modification (addition or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and / or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination , destruction or other action or set of actions.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Privacy Policy is available in the Online Store and can be printed out at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented or updated at the Company's discretion. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.

2.2. The Customer can place an order in the E-Shop without registration, or by registering in the E-Shop through their Account.

2.3. During the initial registration with the E-Shop through the Account, the Customer must provide his / her e-mail address and come up with a secure Password, as well as provide accurate Personal Data to the E-Shop. The client is responsible for their correctness. After creating the Account, the Customer is given an identification code.

2.5. The Customer has the right to change and supplement the Personal Data in the Account at any time or to apply to the e-shop to cancel the Account.

2.6. The Customer must not disclose the Password to third parties and keep it, otherwise the Customer bears all responsibility in this regard.

 

3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The Company respects each Customer's right to privacy. Customer Personal Data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

3.1.1. Online store registration, account login, authentication via Google or Facebook, account support. Personal data processed: login name, password, e-mail email address, IP address, date of registration and consent to receive newsletters, date of last visit. 3.1.2. For the purpose of e - commerce. Personal data processed: name, surname, personal identification number, if provided voluntarily by the buyer, for example, when making a payment order, telephone number, IP address, purchase history, delivery address, payment details, order-delivery history, return history, communication with the customer. Personal data is stored for 10 years from the date of purchase in the E-shop. The legal basis for the collection and use of data is the conclusion and performance of a contract with you (Article 6 (1) (b) BDAR). Accounting documents are kept for the periods established by legal acts.

3.1.3. For the security of your account and Online Store. Personal data being processed: The user ID, the IP address of the device, the browser used by the device, the content, and the universal addresses to which you are connected, the date and time of the connection. If you log in via a mobile device, the following log files are also collected: mobile device model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system (iOS, Android, etc.). The legal basis for such collection and use is our legitimate interest in protecting the Electronic Store, ensuring its security and satisfying the legitimate interest of buyers in ensuring the security of their accounts in the Electronic Store (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). 3.1.5. For legal purposes: to process your requests related to personal data, to provide information to law enforcement and other state institutions, to defend your rights related to refunds, to protect the rights and interests of Humana LT, UAB.

3.1.1. For the purpose of e - commerce. The following personal data is processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address of the product / service, age / year of birth, IP address, payment data of the product / service. The storage period of personal data used for the purpose of e-commerce is 5 (five) years from the date of the last connection to the E-Shop.

3.1.2. For direct marketing purposes. The following personal data is processed: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence. The storage period of personal data used for the purpose of Direct Marketing is 5 (five) years from the date of the last connection to the E-Store.

3.2. The Customer may consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence) for the purpose of Direct Marketing. If the Customer consents to the processing of his / her data for the purpose of Direct Marketing, as well as to receive Direct Marketing notifications, the Company will no longer process and inform the Company thereof for the purpose of Direct Marketing and will not send the Customer any electronic news

3.3. The Customer has the right to revoke his consent to the Company to process the Customer's Personal Data for the purpose of Direct Marketing at any time by notifying the Company by e-mail  eshop@think2.eu and clearly indicating that he revokes his consent to use his Personal Data for the purpose of Direct Marketing and does not wish to get no direct marketing messages.

3.4. The Customer also has the opportunity to exercise its right to object to the Customer's Personal Data being processed for the purposes of Direct Marketing by clicking on the appropriate link in each email sent.

4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

4.1 The Customer, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the processing of the Customer's Personal Data:

4.1.1. to demand the rectification, destruction of the Customer's Personal Data or the suspension, except for storage, of the processing of its Personal Data when the Personal Data is processed in violation of the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws.

4.1.2. In order to exercise his rights, the Customer must present a passport, identity card or driver's license. The Company provides the Data Subject with information on the processing of the Personal Data of the Data Subject once a year free of charge. The Client, exercising his rights provided for in Clause 3.5, may contact him by e-mail  eshop@think2.eu. The Company has the right to correct, change, delete Personal Data or suspend the processing of Personal Data only after identifying the identity of the Customer who applied.

 

5. WHO DO WE TRANSMIT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO?

5.1. The Customer's Personal Data is not provided to third parties, except in the following cases:

5.1.1. When Customer's consent is obtained as set forth in this Privacy Policy;

5.1.2. Personal data for the purposes of e-commerce is provided to Partners providing services to the Company related to the Company's activities;

5.1.3. To the competent authorities in the cases provided for by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2. In the e-shop, payments are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. No .: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

5.3. The Customer is aware of his right to object to the processing of his Personal Data for the purpose of Direct Marketing, i. The customer has the right to express disagreement immediately, or later.
